Resident Self Service will allow residents to self-manage their waste services by using Mandalay’s Resident Platform.

Mandalay’s strategic development focus is on enabling councils to deliver a more personalised service to their community through identifying and building increasingly precise data on behaviours linked to properties and residents.

As part of this focus, Mandalay has released a product for councils that want to move to a self-service model where residents can authenticate themselves through an online platform to access waste information and waste services like vouchers with no council staff interaction.
