   Entitlement Management

Bulk Waste Bookings includes an entitlement management structure (similar to what is offered for waste vouchers) to ensure that a property entitlement or resident and their corresponding property address can be enforced and managed.

   Update Status & Download Bookings

All bulk waste bookings are stored in Mandalay’s cloud infrastructure where APIs could be used to download bookings into your relevant logistics planning system. The Resident Product Suite could also be used to accept booking status updates from the relevant logistics system.

   Voucher Management System Integration

Bulk Waste Collection can be integrated with the Voucher Management system to allow entitlement management crossover between programmes.

   Data and analytics

Data and analytics for bulk waste collection is included, allowing for reporting in geographical or standard tables along with graphical reporting on a wide range of elements including:

• Bookings – past, present, and future.
• Programme liability balance and usage.
• Exceptions reporting.
• Dissecting all elements of a property from a suburb right down to the street and unique address.

   API Driven

Bulk Waste Collection is API driven, enabling open-ended future integrations.

   Capture all Relevant Details

Capture all relevant request and booking details in the system such as requested pick-up date and special driver instructions.

   Bulk Waste Request Authorisation

If a bulk waste request requires an internal review, the bulk waste request system can offer the ability to capture the request and escalate to an authorised user for review and subsequent approval/rejection.

   Automatic Booking Confirmations

Auto-generate, and template booking confirmation letters and files in the system. These can be downloaded and emailed as required.

   Audit User Access

Have the ability to audit user access and function where each user in the system has their own unique login. All access and activity is logged, and restricted functions force reason capture at the time of activation.

   Improved Eligibility Rules

Utilise an enhanced eligibility rules system that allows for an additional “review required” eligibility level where the property may be eligible but requires approval from an authorised user.

   Resident Self Service Integration

Bulk Waste Bookings will natively integrate with Mandalay’s Resident Self Service platform, allowing Council’s residents to create unique logins, access their specific entitlements, track their bookings, search when their next entitlement is available, and view their entitlement usage history.
