Our EFTPOS integration extension product has been designed to integrate the Facility Product Suite (Ticketing) with waste facility EFTPOS terminals via a third-party product called Linkly (PC-EFTPOS) to achieve seamless automation.
By automating the EFTPOS payment process, the time it takes an operator to complete a transaction is significantly reduced.
Automation reduces the possibility of keying errors as operators aren’t required to manually enter transaction amounts into EFTPOS terminals.
Transaction payment methods are tracked and auditable.
The Gatehouse Operator processes a transaction in CS Facility Management Ticketing and selects the ‘EFTPOS’ payment type.
The transaction amount is transmitted to the EFTPOS terminal.
The Gatehouse Operator or customer processes the payment using the customer’s debit/credit card.
On payment confirmation, payment information is transmitted back to CS Facility Management Ticketing where the transaction is completed.
A receipt is generated.
The EFTPOS module requires the installation of PC-EFTPOS software on local PCs. Your bank will need to coordinate this installation and provide an integrated EFTPOS terminal.
Mandalay will enable the module within your Facility Product Suite subscription and the EFTPOS Payment Type will be configured.
