How many transactions can be exported in one file?
Transactions can be exported for a period of three months or less within a single file.
Can transactions be downloaded from multiple sites within the same export?
Yes, transactions from multiple sites can be downloaded within the same export, as long as those sites are owned by the same organisation.
Can transactions be downloaded from multiple organisations within the same export?
No. If you have access to view transactions from sites that are owned by different organisations you will need to export data as separate files.
In this case, you will be presented with a pop-up window when you click on the ‘Export to CSV’ button that will ask you to select a single organisation.
