How to Export Transactions
The Commercial Services Portal by Mandalay Technologies allows you to export facility transactions as a CSV file.

How to Export Transactions
Your Step-by-Step Guide
Login to naus | my Organisation
To access the Commercial Services Portal, login to naus|my Organisation.
1: Login to naus|my Organisation here: https://my-organisation.naus.com/
2: Click on the Commercial Services tile.
Search for Transactions
3: Select Transaction Search from the left hand menu. This will allow you to search for the transactions that you would like to export.
4: Enter a date range. The portal will automatically default to the previous three (3) months.
To select an alternative date range click on the From and To fields and use the calendar to select the date.
5: Select one or more sites from the list. It is possible to export transactions from multiple sites within the same CSV file as long as those sites are owned by the same organisation.
6: Click Search.
Export Transactions
7: Click on the Export CSV button.
A CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
Exporting Transactions from Multiple Organisations
If you have been given access to transactions from more than one organisation, your search results may contain transactions from more than one organisation’s facilities. You will need to run a separate export for each organisation.
Transaction Search will automatically recognise if transactions from multiple organisations appear in your search results and a pop-up window will appear when you click on the Export CSV button.
8: Select one organisation from the list and then click OK.
The CSV file will automatically download to your computer and will only contain transactions from the organisation that you have selected.
