A Smooth and Easy Transition

‘After many years of disappointment with the previous provider council started to investigate other providers. A lot of phone calls to other waste facilities around NSW produced two options. Council decided to go with Mandalay based on the feedback from Mandalay users from councils that have just started their journey with Mandalay or that have been with Mandalay for many years, even though they were slightly dearer. From the first project meeting to after go-live on the first of May, Mandalay made the transition so smooth and easy as the project manager.‘
