Overview
By joining this workshop, data administrators will have the opportunity to learn invaluable knowledge of industry best practice approaches from an industry specialist while also engaging, sharing, and collaborating with peers from other facilities on the unique challenges faced by data administrators. Upon completion of this workshop, you will leave with a toolkit of industry best practice approaches that are aimed to make your job simpler.
Outcome: For data administrators to improve communication methods with gatehouse operators, limit the need for selection at the transaction point through improved use of predefinition of data and leave with a toolkit of exception reports to help build data confidence and target problem processes.

Who should attend
This workshop is for weighbridge operators who also manage the behind the scenes data in their transactional software and dedicated data administrators.
NOTE: This is not a Mandalay user exclusive workshop. This workshop is suitable for individuals who use any type of waste software.
Who should not attend
Dedicated weighbridge or gatehouse staff, waste managers or reporting users.

Workshop Details
Event Type: This is an online event. The training will run via zoom which will allow all attendees to participate with audio and video.
Duration: 4 hours

Lacey Webb
Lacey Webb has 15 years’ experience in Waste & Resource Recovery and, as a CPA and industry CFO, is dedicated to delivering targeted solutions to clients across Australia.
One of Australia’s foremost authorities on data and waste levy regulation, she is a leader in designing and implementing data and process standards across the industry and is currently Vice President of WMRR (Waste Management & Resource Recovery Association of Australia) Queensland branch.
An industry experienced Waste Strategist and Consultant specialising in Process, Regulation, and Risk, she is an accomplished specialist focusing on finance, process improvement, and business transformation within entrepreneurial groups, Australian LGA recycling operations, and commercial waste management facilities.
Lacey is the Senior Consultant at Mandalay Technologies where she spearheads technology consulting services that target front-end operations and waste data, and also director of a specialist waste consultancy, Resource Hub Consulting, focused on people and process opportunities in the waste sector.
