Will the current Mandalay CEO, Simon Kalinowski, remain part of AMCS’s Group going forward?
Yes. Simon Kalinowski will remain with us to ensure a smooth transition, and he’ll be working closely with AMCS Group’s Head of Australia and NZ, Michael Bates.
Will my current contacts at Mandalay remain the same?
Yes. You’ll continue working with the same people you know and trust. There are no immediate changes to your main points of contact.
Will our current projects, agreements, or terms be affected?
No immediate changes will be made to your existing projects or commercial terms. All agreements remain in place, and we are committed to delivering everything as promised.
Will the current Mandalay products continue to be provided, supported, and developed?
Yes, the current Mandalay products will continue to be provided and supported as they are. Our commitment to delivering quality products remains unchanged. As we move forward, we will review the Mandalay product roadmap to ensure ongoing development aligns with our customers’ needs and AMCS product initiatives. Will the level of service change?
No. One of the immediate goals of this acquisition is to continue delivering the service Mandalay is known for. For now, everything will remain as it is. As we move forward with the integration, we will assess all aspects of our operations, including support functions, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes that may arise. We understand that Australian-based support is a key part of your current experience, and we will make sure to communicate clearly as we progress. What are the benefits for clients of Mandalay becoming part of AMCS Group?

Will there be any changes to invoicing, billing, or banking details?
For now, invoicing and payment processes remain the same. If any changes are needed in the future, we’ll give you plenty of notice and support the transition to avoid any disruption.
Will Mandalay still be based in Australia?
Yes, the local team will continue to operate from its current location under the AMCS Group banner. AMCS Group highly values local expertise and is committed to maintaining strong relationships within the region. In addition, AMCS has offices in both Sydney and Melbourne, ensuring dedicated, on-the-ground support for our customers in Australia.
Are there any immediate changes I should be aware of?
No immediate changes will impact your service. We’re taking a thoughtful, phased approach to integration to ensure continuity and a seamless experience.
Will I need to sign a new contract?
No. Your current agreement remains valid. If anything changes in the future, we’ll speak with you well in advance and guide you through any updates.
Will there be new products or services available to me through AMCS Group?
Yes, in time. As we align our offerings, you’ll have access to a wider range of solutions and innovations from AMCS Group. We’ll keep you informed about anything relevant to your business.
